Shrutek Automation Systems was started in year 2012. After experience of around 20 years, it was a thoughtful decision to start on my own in the field of Industrial Automation. It was decided to offer complete Controls solution for Industrial. Automation. This includes Automation for small machines like SPMs, Material Handling Systems, Filtration Plants, Construction Equipments etc. Now, Shrutek Automation is doing it's business through two verticals. One is Manufacturing Activity & other one is trading activity. Both activities contribute equally to the total business. And both verticals complement each other. Trading activity is started two years back & Shrutek Automation represents two brands for their automation products for Pune region, Inovance & RTA.

Manufacturing activity is a business to provide to Complete control Solution for machine & equipment manufacturers (OEM business). It includes designing a control system as per customer's requirement, supplying Control Panels, programming, support for commissioning. Panels/Systems are built with the automation products like Mitsubishi, Siemens, Delta, etc. These products are available in market with their dealers. The Systems can also be built with Inovance & RTA. As this is a OEM business, we do expect a repeat business from customers. There could be a change in every project/system as per requirement. The project value also differs & accordingly payment terms also can be different from project to project. The projects are normally expected to be completed within the span of 2 weeks to 8 weeks depending on the size of the project. Normal flow of the project execution is ... to receive a technical requirement from customer then to submit a techno-commercial offer to the customer after detailed study of project. To receive a contract (Purchase order) & to start project execution. During execution, interact with customer for any changes. To complete the manufacturing & supply.

As stated above Shrutek represents Inovance & RTA for their products. These are standard automation products like PLC, HMI, Servo drive motors, HMI, VFDs etc. Normally specifications of the product requirement are decided by customer & send to us. Accordingly suitable products are selected & offered to customer.
Customers for this market are machine manufacturers, systems integrators, small traders & this is also a repeat business. The business for trading is generated from Exhibitions, B2B trading platforms, contacts etc. Our principles also support us for generating business through their marketing/sales channels.
To support our customers & to execute timely deliveries, stock is maintained at 'Shrutek' as per requirements.
Shrutek is having a team of 7 personnel, & labour is outsourced depending on the project.
